Terms of Service — Time of My Life

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Time of My Life mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

Time of My Life is a wellbeing and productivity application that provides:

• Digital behavior insights
• Wellness and lifestyle analytics
• Optional AI-powered guidance
• Integrations with Apple HealthKit, Oura Ring, and wearable devices
• Personalized non-medical wellness feedback

Features may evolve or expand over time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Not misuse, disrupt, harm, or exploit the App
• Not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or replicate proprietary features
• Not use the App in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable laws

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 Apple HealthKit

The App's HealthKit access requires explicit user permission.

We comply with all HealthKit policies:

• Health data is used only to provide in-app features
• Health data is not used for advertising or marketing
• Health data is not shared with third parties
• Health data is not sold or stored externally without permission

5.2 Oura Ring

Integration with Oura is optional.

By connecting your Oura account, you authorize the App to access the data you permit via Oura's OAuth system.

We comply with Oura's Data Use Policy:

• Only authorized Oura data is accessed
• Oura data is not shared
• Oura data is not used for marketing or ads
• Oura data is not used to train AI models
• Oura data is deleted when integration is revoked

5.3 AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI)

If you use the App's AI features:

• Your text may be securely sent to an AI provider
• Conversations are not stored unless you choose to save them
• AI responses are informational only

We disclaim liability for AI-generated content accuracy.

6. Subscriptions & Billing (If Applicable)

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Refunds follow Apple's refund policies
• Pricing changes will be communicated in advance

You will never be billed without your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

Time of My Life owns all intellectual property related to:

• App software & code
• Algorithms & scoring systems (e.g., OSI, insights)
• UI/UX design
• Branding & trademarks
• Wellness analysis methods

You may not:

• ❌ copy
• ❌ modify
• ❌ distribute
• ❌ reverse engineer
• ❌ commercially exploit

any part of the App.

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• violate these Terms
• misuse the App
• engage in harmful or malicious behavior
• pose a security or legal risk

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon deletion:

• Your personal data is removed according to our Privacy Policy
• HealthKit and Oura access tokens are revoked

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• The laws of the United States
• The laws of the State of New Jersey

Unless overridden by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

11. Age Requirement

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.

We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
